UK-based Zoho Analytics consultants

Zoho Analytics implementation for sales and finance

See which sales become revenue and where to focus next. Your team gets CRM and Books dashboards with agreed definitions, so sales and finance can plan from the same reporting view.

Independent Zoho Analytics implementation: source connections, validated measures, dashboards and handover. UK-based remote delivery, with international arrangements agreed in your scope.

01Why it matters

Bring pipeline, invoices and receipts into one reporting view, with each measure clearly defined. You can prioritise sales follow-up, track collections and compare performance by customer or region using figures your team has checked against the source records.

What you get

  • Prioritise sales activity using a consistent pipeline view.
  • Discuss invoicing and collections with the supporting records in reach.
  • Compare periods and regions using agreed currency and date rules.
  • Give report owners the definitions and checks to maintain the next reporting cycle.

Source connections with a clear scope

You get an agreed source list, workspace structure and refresh schedule. We check connector access, required fields, available history and plan limits before committing to delivery.

Sales and finance measures that reconcile

We map customers and organisations, document date and currency rules, and keep deals, invoices and receipts distinct. Your team can see what each total includes and use it for the right decision.

Dashboards built around the next action

Leadership, sales and finance views show the agreed measures and filters. You can compare periods, inspect the customers behind a total and decide where to focus the next follow-up.

Acceptance checks and ownership

You receive source reconciliation results, tested refresh and sharing settings, documented definitions and a handover session. Your team knows how to use the reports and who owns each update.

Zoho Analytics consulting: review price and build scope

The Trusted Numbers Review is £2,000–£4,000 ex-VAT for a two-week assessment. You keep the written findings, prioritised plan and separate build proposal. Our published typical dashboard build band is £8,000–£14,000 ex-VAT; the agreed sources, measures, users and handover set your fixed quote. The review fee is credited to the build if you proceed within 90 days. Software licences and ongoing support are scoped separately. Prices and invoices are in GBP.

The trend shows six months for context. Only the final three months contribute to the selected quarter's revenue; the previous three supply the quarter-on-quarter comparison.

Monthly and regional revenue are alternative breakdowns of the same total. Keep them separate when summing the CSV. Gross margin, weighted open pipeline and on-time shipping are illustrative assumptions; their transaction-level inputs are not modelled. Pipeline is a snapshot at quarter end.

For a commissioned build, we agree your measure definitions, compare report totals with an independent source extract and record access tests and owner sign-off. That gives your team an acceptance record to use when approving the reporting.

From the sample to a report your team can use

This browser-built demonstration uses fictional data; it is not an embedded Zoho Analytics report or a client project. It shows how a shared reporting view behaves. A commissioned Zoho Analytics build adds your source connections, agreed definitions, access tests and acceptance evidence.

Trace the headline

Select Q4: the North, Midlands, South and Export values total £3.59m. October, November and December total the same amount. A production acceptance check compares those totals with an independently agreed source extract.

Keep the period consistent

Select Q1: revenue becomes £2.46m and the region values change with it. The six-month trend includes the preceding quarter for context; only January to March contributes to the Q1 revenue total.

Agree what each measure means

Revenue covers the selected quarter, while open pipeline is a snapshot at quarter end. For your build, we document the date, currency and calculation rules for each measure so the team can interpret the comparison.

03FAQ
What does your Zoho Analytics implementation include?

We agree the sources and reporting questions, configure imports, model the data, build dashboards and test totals, refresh and user access. You receive documented measures, acceptance evidence and a handover. Configuring Zoho CRM or Books business workflows is a separate source-application project.

How much does Zoho Analytics consulting cost?

Our Trusted Numbers Review is £2,000–£4,000 ex-VAT for a two-week assessment. Typical dashboard builds are £8,000–£14,000 ex-VAT, with a fixed quote based on sources, measures, users and handover. The review fee is credited to a build agreed within 90 days. Software licences and ongoing support are scoped separately; prices and invoices are in GBP.

Can you combine Zoho CRM and Books reporting?

Yes. We connect the agreed CRM and Books data and validate the customer and organisation relationships. Pipeline, invoiced amounts and receipts retain their own definitions. Multiple organisations, currencies and external systems are assessed during scoping so the report has an agreed basis for comparison.

How quickly will the dashboards update and be delivered?

We agree a delivery timetable after checking access, sources, history and the reviews your team needs to complete. Reporting freshness depends on the connector, plan and configured sync schedule. Your scope records the expected refresh frequency and how users can check the latest successful update.

Are you a Zoho Authorised Partner?

No. Turing BI is not a Zoho Authorised Partner. We provide independent Zoho Analytics consulting, contracted directly with Turing BI. The engagement covers the reporting work and deliverables agreed in your scope.

Can you deliver a Zoho Analytics project outside the UK?

Yes. We offer remote delivery to the US, Australia and Benelux, and welcome enquiries from other countries. Share your country, timezone, delivery language and data-location requirements. We agree meeting overlap, access, support coverage and the delivery arrangements before committing to the project.

Can you review an existing setup or help us choose a BI tool?

Yes. A Trusted Numbers Review can assess your existing Zoho Analytics reports or compare a proposed setup with alternatives such as Power BI. We assess sources, measures, users, refresh, access and running costs, then provide written findings and a prioritised plan with any build priced separately.
