Where your data lives
Your scope records the tenant and capacity locations, connected sources, sharing settings and any transfer exceptions for the features you use. Microsoft publishes EU Data Boundary exceptions for some Power BI features; Zoho has its own account data-centre settings. We check the chosen configuration with your team before implementation.
Compliance
Your compliance lead sets the requirements for the reporting work. We agree the access controls, retention settings, monitoring and handover evidence in scope, then document what was configured so your team can assess it against those requirements.

That depends on your platform, tenant, sources and enabled features. We check the proposed storage and processing locations, document any transfer exceptions and agree the configuration with your team before implementation. Microsoft and Zoho have separate service terms and location settings.
Do we need to work in Dutch or French?
B2B delivery in NL and BE runs comfortably in English, and we're one hour behind you so we share your working day. We can bring in local-language support where a project genuinely needs it.
Do you cover EU GDPR and NIS2?
We scope the reporting controls and evidence with your compliance lead: access, retention, monitoring and documented handover. Your legal or compliance team determines which obligations apply to your organisation and reviews the agreed configuration against them.
