FICTIONAL DATA
Turing Demo Wholesale is a synthetic UK reporting exercise, January 2025 to
September 2026, in GBP. These figures are demonstration data, not client outcomes.
The invoice-collection cutoff is 30 September 2026.

POWER BI
63 rows and 6 columns imported from sales-monthly.csv through Power Query.
A native table visual returned:

These native SUM results match the independent expected values. The report and
semantic model are saved in the owner's workspace. No DAX execution, connector
refresh or recipient-access test is claimed by these checks.

ZOHO ANALYTICS EU
Sales_Monthly: 63 of 63 rows imported.
Collections_By_Customer: 18 of 18 rows imported.
CustomerID was explicitly set to text when importing collections.
Native monthly sales and regional collection charts were generated and saved.
The saved Portfolio_Reconciliation Query Table returned the four sales totals
above, 38.35% gross margin, and:
Gross invoiced GBP 608,388.00
Allocated by cutoff GBP 468,002.40
Outstanding by cutoff GBP 140,385.60
Overdue by cutoff GBP 116,863.20
The SQL aggregates each prepared table before combining its single-row totals.
Money is rounded to two decimal places. Gross margin is total gross profit /
total net sales, not an average or sum of row percentages.
All seven monetary totals match the independent expected results within GBP 0.005.
The 534 raw source invoices include 14 void invoices; 520 are included in the reports.

SOURCE RECONCILIATION
The raw CSV pack is separately checked in Python and SQLite: invoice lines match
headers, allocations stay within invoice balances, void invoices and future
allocations are excluded, and pipeline uses one snapshot. The raw-source joins
and pipeline were not executed inside the native tools in this exercise.
Live connectors, scheduled refresh, sharing and recipient permissions require
separate implementation testing. Allocations are not total cash receipts, gross
invoiced amounts are not recognised revenue, and the illustrative product costs
are not a complete accounting profit measure.

PUBLISHED GRAPHICS
power-bi-native-report.png is an unmodified screenshot of the actual saved Power
BI report canvas, captured with Brave DevTools at 100 percent report zoom. Its
KPI display units are rounded; the native table sums checked above are exact.
zoho-sales-native.svg contains the native Zoho rendered chart geometry, labels
and colours, with display styles resolved for a standalone vector capture.
It is a native chart graphic, not a screenshot of the whole application.
zoho-original-native-export.png is an unmodified PNG exported by Zoho Analytics.
Neither graphic was generated by AI or rebuilt from a mockup.
